You can browse this website without creating an account. If you use the postal-code tool, your postal code is used to identify your elected representative and is not stored by this website.

If you use Contact Your MP, the browser keeps your optional story in session storage in this tab so it survives validation, the Back button, and a page refresh. It removes the story when you finish the send confirmation. To prepare your letter, the website sends your story, your name, your MP’s name, and your riding to Cloudflare Workers AI. It does not send your email address. The website does not store your story or the letter, and does not put either in its logs. You read and edit the letter before anything is sent.

When you send a letter directly, Cloudflare Email Service receives the reviewed letter, the MP’s email address, and your email address for the Reply-To field. The letter can include your story, name, self-description, and postal code. The send function does not store these details or include them in its logs. If direct sending is unavailable, you can open the same letter in your own email application instead.

When you accept the required send-and-update consent, Mailchimp, the campaign email provider, receives your first name, last name, email address, postal code, and consent through the campaign signup function. Mailchimp processes these details to send campaign updates. The footer signup sends the same details except for postal code.

Information is used only to provide the service you request, operate and secure the website, and understand aggregate website performance. We do not sell personal information.

The browser assembles the letter from approved campaign language and the story you choose to add. You decide whether to edit or copy it before the campaign sends it to your MP. If direct sending fails or is rate-limited, you can use your own email application instead without losing the letter.

Cloudflare hosts this website, delivers letters through Email Service, and processes the text submitted to prepare your letter. Email Service message preview must remain disabled so it does not retain the letter body. Open North receives the postal code you submit to identify your MP. Mailchimp processes the information submitted through the campaign update signup as the campaign email provider. Links to Parliament, support organizations, research sources, and other websites are governed by their own privacy policies. You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from campaign email at any time using the link included in each message.
